What was the highlight of BLUESEA Cala Millor

Pleasant

Nice hotel set in a great area in the middle of everything. Basic AI and the food is ok but what you expect for the price. Room was ok and a good size, powerful shower too.

Main complaint was the final night when I returned just after 11pm and went to get a wine to take to the room. I was grabbed by an angry member of staff who told me to put the glass down as the AI finished 2 minutes earlier. Fair enough but I pointed out that people were still eating and drinking in there so didn't think a small wine would be an issue. I was told to go to the open bar on the other side of the hotel. Again refused a drink yet the bar was full. After complaining I was told I can buy a drink but not part of the AI after 11pm. Fair enough but the attitude of the woman and physically grabbing my arm was out of order. I would have happily paid for my drink but was never given that option by the rude lady. Left a bad taste and one I will be reporting to the hotel directly.

It was a confortable and enjoyble stay. :)

We liked the room and location the most. Breakfast was good, and the stuff was kind.

I wouldn't say I liked that we booked in one hotel, and ended up in another hotel with a room we did not like, but the staff was very kind and changed our room after we asked for it.

It’s an ok hotel for a short stay.

Its location a d proximity to the beach.

The food options were very poor, lacking diversity (either fish, meat or fruits), vegetarian options, and overall very basic.

Nothing to complain about! And as competent cook myself l was very impressed with the food !

The property was good and spaced out over two buildings and the property we were in was not on the beach admittedly only a couple of min walk away but the blurb does say positioned on the beach. The staff were always polite and helpful when they could be. The food was excellent great choices and plenty of everything, at all sittings And at certain periods of the day the pool bar provided snacks on the side. The pool bar closes at 8pm and then you have one other all inclusive bar across from the main hotel in the other complex which was usually manned by 1 bar attendee. In another area outside this all inclusive bar they had a cordoned off bar area where there was nightly entertainment but it wasn’t and isn’t included in your all inclusive deal! This area is the cocktails area, you have to pay and is fully staffed! The pool area was often cramped, beds too close together for my personal comfort. There were two pool options one with a bar and one across the street attached to their other complex which is much quieter no noisy poolside music. But again you must be up early to put your towel on the very uncomfortable lounges if you want a spot for the day! We found the loungers on the beach much more comfortable and cheap at 14 euros for a full day for two bed and inclusive of a straw parasol! Our room was spacious and we had an enormous balcony but l think we just struck lucky with that but it was to no benefit because there was only two plastic chairs and a a small drinks table on it! A real sun trap though if you don’t mind lying on the hard terrace! The all inclusive bar closed promptly at 11pm and then the outside areas were manned by a security guard to ensure there was no noise above a certain decibel that included loud laughter. Which is all good if you retire early or have an early flight to catch! So basically the hotel and all surrounding areas are shut by 12 midnight !

Nothing really, very good value for money for what you get!

Nice place to spend a holiday

Food, location, room service

Only 2 coffee machines with hot water and queue to get hot drinks. The space of the dining room a little bit tight at this quantity of guests. I was in the middle of June. Can’t imagine what will be there in July when season starts.

Very clean and great location

The food at this hotel was very disappointing not much choice at evening meals and even though I enjoyed my little break I wouldn't return here based on the food I would only do self catering at this hotel.

It is a nice place very close to the beach. Clean, good conditioning, european food. It was forth the money we have paid for it, but others said that they had paid much more than we did, and it wasn’t. There were not enough places near the pool, and they were always reserved by people who were not even there, not really friendly and responsible cleaning stuff. For a long time they came only when the child was asleep after lunch and were irritated by this. When they finally came before lunch, they forgot the balcony open, so the room was hot as hell. Also there was some problem with a chief. First and last 2 days everything was tasty, we some mixed sauces, meat was properly cooked. In between it was awful, you try everything and everything has the same taste. Actually most of the meals were impossible to eat, we ate only french fries and vegetables. Also you can drink coffee only for breakfast in all inclusive, after it is unplugged and there are only two options of cocktail available and they are very watery…Also it is a hotel for chilling, there won’t be drive music even in the evenings((

Good location but paper thin walls

Just a standard 3 star hotel. Location is good & staff were always approachable.

The walls are soo thin, you can hear everything. On our first night we were woken up at 1am by screaming & shouting from 2 floors up, this went on for ages & the police had to be called & the people were arrested. Upon speaking to a lady who had been there for 3 nights she said this had happened the last 2 nights too.
